How our Gold Coast “Design, Supply, Install” service works

Step 1

1. Our qualified, professional sales engineer will come to your home or business to assess:
   • The size of your of your requirements
   • How you use your building
   • What direction your building is facing
   • What insulation/ceiling heights your building has
   • What the zoning requirements are
   • Any special needs or requirements you have
   • What your expectations are
2. Our sales engineer will return back to our offices in Nerang and perform a heat load analysis then design a system to meet your specific requirements.
3. You will be provided with an accurate, fixed price quotation which our sales engineer will explain to you in detail.
4. Any changes required by you will be happily adhered to. Whilst we will guide you with information, the system will be ultimately customised for you.

Step 2

1. Upon go ahead
2. A dedicated supervisor will be assigned to your project to ensure the system components, installation and workmanship are of the highest standards.
3. Our licensed, experienced installers and electricians will respectfully install your system, involving you in any decision making required during the process.
4. Upon project completion, the installers will leave your home or office neat, tidy and undisturbed.

Step 3

1. Your system will be independently commissioned so there is no bias by the installers.
2. The commissioning technician will explain the operation and maintenance of your system to you, and will leave you with detailed manuals and warranty cards.
3. Design Air will be available on an ongoing basis answer any questions or concerns simply by calling us on
