How long will it take for my products to be delivered?

Delivery times will vary depending on which delivery method is selected.  Please allow a minimum of 3 days for metropolitan areas and longer for deliveries outside metropolitan areas.

What if I get the wrong products or something is missing?

If your order has been incorrectly filled, you need to let us know in writing within 7 days of your receipt of delivery (copies of you delivery documentation will be required).

If we verify that we’ve forgotten to ship part of your order, we will arrange for delivery of the missing items at no cost to you.

If we verify the order was incorrectly filled by us, we will work with you to arrange for the return shipment of the product to us at no cost to you.  Your correctly filled order will then be shipped to you at no cost to you.
