| What is the best temperature to set my Air Conditioner? |
There is no direct answer to this question. But the best setting is one that makes you comfortable! The temp setting you choose is the temperature that the system will work towards and begin cycling at. Generally 23'C is considered a good starting point. This will give you comfort with low humidity combined with reasonable running costs.

| Will my system be Commissioned? |
Yes, most definitely.
Apart from having your installation supervised, we have a proceedure in place that requires the installation team to complete a commissioning sheet. This ensures that all is completed to a high standard and nothing is missed.

| How long will the Installation take? |
Generally the installation will take 1 day (start to finish). Some larger homes can take alittle longer.

| How long is Design Air's warranty? |
On Domestic installations, Design Air will carry a warranty for the installation for a period of 5 years.
For commercial applications the warranty is 2 years.
This usually follows the same period as the warranty of the manufacturer.
